REMINDER:  Merrill Creek Trash days are Monday and Thursday -  CC&R's: Trash bins must be stored out of sight and removed 12 hours after trash collection on collection days.


$200 REWARD
Destruction of the community property and walls continues to be a problem that causes decline in your property value and living standard. Additionally, it’s factor in assessment increases (HOA dues). Parents… please explain to your children the importance of respecting our community. Community members… it is in your own best interest to report vandalism to the HOA. Community members who are vandalizing face fines and repair costs imposed by the HOA, as well as criminal vandalism charges. A $200 reward is being offered for information leading to charges and prosecution in cases of vandalism and destruction of Merrill Creek Property.   Funds needed to repair vandalism would be better spent on much needed community improvements like resurfacing the streets.  Each repair of the community walls costs you an average minimum of $600 and on up to $2000 or higher.
