Communication

Accounting

 

•  State of the art technology and the latest versions of professional accounting software are used to manage the finances of our client properties.

•  Maintenance of association files and official records.

• Through a partnership with Community Association Banc, a division of Mutual of Omaha Bank, we make use of Lockbox services and Sure-pay (automatic deduction) to insure efficient processing of member payments.

• Coupon books or individual invoices, depending on Association needs.

•  Professional relationship with vendors and timely processing of accounts payable.

On-site Management

 

•  Weekly inspections

•  Coordination with vendors to insure quality service and efficient use of resources

•  Identification of violations of community rules and appropriate follow-up.

•  Support of Board of Directors, including development of agendas, management reports and supportive documentation.

•  Assessment of physical assets of each client property to insure timely and appropriate maintenance activities.

 

Tying it all Together

 

•  Our familiarity with east side of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and other East Valley communities enhances our ability to efficiently respond to the needs of our client properties.

•  We stay in touch with professional organizations and monitor legislative action in our efforts to advise associations and board members. We are a member of CAI, the leading national organization of HOA managers and leaders.

•  Our annual “New Law Review” seminar is provided to keep Board members up to date on changes in the law.
